Sizabantu Limpopo

Sizabantu Limpopo, launched in September 2003, was the second Sizabantu division to open in South Africa.

From humble beginnings, sharing premises with a large pipe manufacturer, it has grown to become the largest plastic pipe distributor in Limpopo.

Its core business is in the civils market, but it also services the irrigation and industrial markets.

The business is managed by a team of competent people, with a combined working experience in the PVC piping industry of over 55 years.

Corporate social investment

Sizabantu Limpopo is firmly rooted in its community and has assisted various organisations over the years, including providing the Polokwane Rotary Club with safe storage for wheelchairs, it donates to needy individuals.

Other corporate social investment projects include:

• 2017/2018: Assisted the local Polokwane Rotary Club to deliver learning materials to a crèche for underprivileged children in Moletjie. This is an ongoing project.
• 2017: Donated two 10 000-litre water tanks to the local SPCA, which urgently needed them to become self-sufficient in water supply. Animals were literally dying of thirst. Concerned citizens were donating bottled water for the animals as well.
• 2017 and 2015: Financial donations to CANSA. In 2015, the division was awarded the ‘Most Funds – Corporate’ certificate by CANSA Relay for Life.
• 2016: Donated a complete irrigation scheme for Westenburg Secondary School’s sports grounds, valued at R40 000.
