Internal Sales/ Storeman

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales/Storeman to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide accurate product information and quotations to clients.
• Assist with processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing stock levels.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in an internal sales or customer service role.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

GENERAL DUTIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

• General Office admin
• Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Providing detailed product/service information.
• Offering solutions based on customer needs
• Taking customer orders and ensuring they are entered accurately into the system.
• Communicating with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Preparing and sending quotes based on customer requirements.
• Receiving of stock
• General deliveries (Code 8 Driver licence will be advantageous).
